PAYMENT METHODS: We accept payments through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and Money orders. Our site is safe and your form of payment information is never stored nor is your name, address or email shared with anyone outside Connie Blue Collection or Lady Blue's Boutique. We do send emails, postcards and sometimes text messages concerning our sales and clearance events.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING: All items ordered received by 12:00pm will ship the same day via USPS Priority mail. Special order items require additional time, if you must have an item by a specific date, please let us know before placing the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - Our merchandise is carefully inspected. We will not ship damaged items. Therefore, we do not process refunds or exchanges. In extreme cases we will offer a In-House Credit upon receipt of the merchandise. Please be advised once the tag on any merchandise is removed, IT IS NOT RETURNABLE. JEWELRY AND HATS ARE NOT RETURNABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS. We are not responsible for items damaged due to dry cleaning.
